"Shipping took forever"
I was frustrated with how long the shipping took. You place an order expecting at least some updates, but I didn’t really hear anything until it finally showed up. By then, you’re already annoyed and just glad it arrived at all

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I had to return one item, and it did get sorted out in the end, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. Customer service did respond, just not as quickly as you’d hope when you’re waiting on your money back. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it could definitely be a little smoother. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Site felt a bit frustrating to use"
I was interested in browsing and maybe placing an order, but the website made me a little hesitant. It felt clunky overall, some pages took longer than expected to load, and I had to dig around just to find basic info. On my phone, the layout was confusing too. The products might be great, but when a site is hard to use, I get cautious about ordering because I’m not sure what else might go wrong.

"Delivery used to be more reliable"
I’ve ordered before and remember the delivery being better, so this time was a little disappointing. The order did show up, but later than I expected, and the tracking barely updated along the way. The items themselves were fine, but the delivery experience felt kind of hit or miss compared to how it used to be.

I had a small question about my order and reached out not really expecting much, but they got back to me quickly. The response felt friendly and easy to understand, which I appreciated. It did take one extra message to fully clear things up, but i’d rather that than get a rushed or confusing answer. Overall, it was a good customer service experience.

"Decent prints, but not as sharp as I hoped"
I ordered a handful of photo prints and they showed up fast, so that part was fine. The quality was just kind of okay though. A few of the pictures looked softer than they did on my screen, and one had colors that seemed a little dull. Nothing was completely ruined or anything, but I was expecting them to be clearer. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t usually trust that it’ll be anything other than a back-and-forth hassle. They’re fine if you just need basic prints, but I’d probably look elsewhere if I wanted something really crisp.

"Personalization took some patience"
I had to be more patient than I wanted to be with this one. The personalization was just kinda off, and the name placement didn’t look right at all. It felt a bit rushed, which was frustrating after waiting and trying to stay understanding.

"Not great quality for the price"
I was let down by this. When it arrived, it just felt kind of cheap, and the print looked faded right out of the package. The material also didn’t feel very sturdy, so it wasn’t really what I was expecting.
After using it only a little, it already started looking worn out. A friend had recommended I try it, so I was hoping it would be better, but for the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the site..."
Maybe it’s just me, but the site felt a bit outdated and cluttered. I had a hard time figuring out where things were, and the colors and fonts didn’t really help. It made the whole thing feel a little less trustworthy, honestly. I kept wondering if other people felt the same way or if I was just being picky.

"Easy to work with and clear communication"
I had a really good experience with makingmemoriesandmore.net. I’m not always the best at keeping track of details, so I appreciated that everything was explained clearly from the start and I never felt lost. They replied quickly too, even when I didn’t get back right away because I was tied up with other stuff. Overall, it just made the whole process a lot easier, and I’d definitely be happy to use them again.
